The quash petition has been filed against the proceedings of the first respondent in M.C.No.158 of 2012. The proceedings are under Section 107 Cr.P.C.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and she has also made an endorsement to that effect and seeks withdrawal of the petition.
