Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of "Para 13 (b) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, thereafter, the first petitioner alone shall appear before the respondent every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.OP.No.6732 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.NATARAJAN, Senior Counsel, for M/S. A.MADHUMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6732 of 2022 on 30.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks, thereafter the first petitioner alone shall appear before the respondent Police, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
