MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1113 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fifth respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring, the respondents 6 to 9 herein, on record as the legal representatives of the deceased R5.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
