C.M.P.No.8937 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.49086 of 2025 R.KALAIMATHI, J.

This Court, by order dated 25.09.2025, allowed the above CMP.No.8937 of 2025 seeking to condone the delay of 329 days in filing CMA on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai on or before 15.10.2025.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order has been complied with and to that effect, he has filed a Memo dated 22.10.2025 enclosing the receipt of payment of cost.

3.The compliance memo is taken on record.

4. Since the conditional order passed by this court has been complied with, the delay of 329 days in filing the above CMA is condoned. Petition is ordered.
