to forthwith pay the retirement benefits to the petitioner and complete the process her pension proposal in Ref.No.PPO No.R0222777 within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court and other appropriate and necessary orders setting the petitioner's pensionary benefits with interest for the net claim as recently issued by this Court's Official Memorandum in Roc.No.40703/2016/C3 dated 05.10.2018.

[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent, on instructions, made a submission that the pensionary benefits due to the petitioner have already been settled. The petitioner is receiving monthly pension as of now. Thus no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. However, if any grievance exists relating to pensionary benefits,
the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities.
