ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition no.(iii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1491 of 2016 dated 15.07.2016 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Principal District and Sessions Judge (i/c), Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioners were enlarged on anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1491 of 2016 on 15.07.2016 by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Principal District & Sessions Judge (i/c), Coimbatore, on certain

conditions. The petitioners have approached this Court for modification of condition no.(iii), which is as follows : "(iii) The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent /police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders."

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore, on 29.07.2016, and have also furnished a bond with sureties as directed by the Court below.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition no.(iii) by reporting before the respondent-Police daily at 10.30 a.m. since 30.07.2016. Since the third petitioner is a lady, the condition imposed by the trial Court to report before the respondentPolice is completely relaxed, and she is directed to appear before the respondent-Police as and when required. As regards the petitioners 1 & 2, they are directed to report before the respondent-Police everyday at 10.30.a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.

With the above modification and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
