CMP.No. 193 of 2024 in A.S.No. 991 of 2014 -- R. SAKTHIVEL, J., The learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the respondents are before this Court.

2.This Court by order dated July 03, 2025 permitted the petitioners to issue paper publication for the fourth respondent on or before July 21, 2025. 3.However, when the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not taken up any paper publication. Hence, he prays time to issue fresh paper publication for the fourth respondent.

4.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioners to issue fresh paper publication for the Respondent No.4. 5.The petitioners shall issue paper publication for the Respondent No.4 in any one of the Tamil News Papers, namely, Dinamalar/Dinakaran/ Daily Thanthi, having wide circulation in the area for the hearing date i.e., 11.08.2025.

6.List the matter on 11.08.2025.
