This Petition has been filed to bring on record the deceased Appellant S.Bhuvaneswari namely (i) S.Muralidharan and (ii) Nalini, who are the legal heirs of the sole Appellant, as Appellants 2 to 3 in A.S.No.767 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3.The Appellant died on 11.02.2023. This Petition filed in time.

The factum of death and the present Petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased are not disputed. Hence, I am inclined to order this Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the causetitle and post the matter after three weeks.
