(Delivered by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) After making some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the appeal. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Since the parties state that there is possibly one witness on each side, the Master will endeavour to conclude the evidence within a period of four months from the next date fixed before the Master.
