Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.MP.No. 6012 of 2022 in Criminal OP.No. 4040/2022 dated 29.04.2022 imposed in paragraph no. 3 as direct the petitioner accused to appear before the trial court instead of the petitioner should report before the investigating officer twice in a month on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T. I. RAMANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6012 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4040 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 imposing in paragraph 3 as direct the petitioner accused to appear before the trial court instead of the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer twice in a month on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is complying the condition and his presence is no more required. Hence, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6012 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4040 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
