PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the Detention Order vide C.No.28/G/IS/2025 dated 14.03.2025, passed by the Second Respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely S.Mohammad Harsath, son of Saiyath Ali, aged 34 years, (who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Coimbatore), before this Court and set him at liberty For Petitioner : Mr.S.N. ORDER

[Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J] When the matter was taken up today, it was brought to our notice that through G.O.Rt.No.1609, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 25.03.2025, the proposal for approval of the detention order was rejected. As such, the detention order itself has become redundant. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
