Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey in respect of her house site in Natham Old Survey No.71/4, New No.523/11 and Patta No.33, situated at No.149, Mariamman Koil Street, Pudhur Village, Maduranthagam Taluk, Kancheepuram District on the basis of her representation dated 04.07.2017, within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the necessary charges for surveying the land and also given a representation dated 04.07.2017, which has not yet been considered by the respondents 2 and 3.

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
