This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the orders passed in W.P.No.4407 of 2004 and W.P.No.25778 of 2003, dated 01.12.2023.

2.Mr.Anand Gopalan, learned counsel for the first respondent and reports that he has no objection in the petitions being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these condone delay petitions, the delay of 94 days is condoned and these petitions stand allowed.
