This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1888 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
