The PW2 is the minor victim girl aged about 4 years. PW9/Doctor in his statement indicated the injuries caused to the minor girl. The evidence of PW2 and the evidence of PW9/Doctor would be sufficient to form an opinion that petitioner has not made out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence. 2.Therefore, we are not inclined to consider this petition. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the Appeal after two weeks.
