Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to supervise and monitor the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2024 on the file of the 5th respondent and also direct the 5th respondent to file the final report forthwith.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to supervise and monitor the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2024 on the file of the fifth respondent and to file a final report forthwith.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. Perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2024 and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the fifth respondent.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
