This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal.

2.Affidavit of Service has been filed reflecting that the counsel for the respondent before the Tribunal has been served with the petition regarding condonation of delay in filing appeal. The name of the respondents are printed in the cause list.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to condone the delay in filing appeal, it had been stated that the award was passed on 18.09.2024 and an application was made for copies on 20.09.2024, which was received on 19.12.2024 and sent to the office of the counsel on 10.01.2025. Thereafter, opinion had to be obtained. In all these procedures, the delay had occurred. 4.Taking all the factors into consideration, delay is condoned. This petition is allowed.
