ORDER

This writ petition has been directed against the impugned order passed by the Commercial Tax Officer, Chepauk Assessment Circle, Chennai in TIN No.33110662832/2013-14 dated 22.06.2015 in and by which the assessing officer has made it clear that an appeal against the order lies before the Appellate Deputy Commissioner (CT) East, Chennai - 6 within 30 days of receipt of the order. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Vetrivelrajan, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that this Court has dismissed the connected writ petition, permitting the petitioner therein to approach the appellate authority.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is also dismissed as the impugned order is an appealable one. The petitioner shall file an appeal before the appellate authority, within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
