JUDGMENT
Challenging the order of acquittal passed in S.T.C.No.516/2009, dated 20.12.2011 by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, the present Criminal Appeal is filed by the revision petitioner/complainant.
2. Mr.P.Saravanasowmiyan, learned counsel for the appellant contended that the 2nd Respondent / 2nd accused is no more and that the 1st Respondent is a company which is represented by the 2nd respondent. He further contended that there is no one to represent the first accused company and therefore he does not want to pursue the matter. He also made an endorsement in this regard.
