(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by 4th respondent and quash the same, and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register the plots.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Tamilavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also submitted a letter to the Registry to that effect.
3. In view of his submission as well as a letter submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
