Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the post of PG Assistant Tamil as per the order of appointment issued by third respondent in Na.Ka.No.013120/W3/E1/2015, dated 28.03.2015, by concluding the charge memo issued by second respondent in Na.Ka.No.015042/14/2014, dated 06.08.2014.

O R D E R

The petitioner is working as an Assistant Elementary Educational Officer. While so, he participated in the selection for the post of PG Assistant, Tamil, and he was selected, but, not relieved to join the post of PG Assistant, Tamil, as a disciplinary proceeding is pending against him, pursuant to the charge memo, dated 06.08.2014, issued by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conclude and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings, relating to the charge memo issued by him against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.015042/14/2014, dated 06.08.2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till the passing of final orders by the second respondent on the disciplinary proceedings, the third respondent is directed to keep one post of PG Assistant, Tamil, vacant.
