ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.460 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that during pendency of this petition, the respondent police has arrested the petitioner and the petitioner was released on bail. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
