The petition has been filed to call for the record and quash the FIR in Crime No.991 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent filed against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police already completed investigation and filed final report as early as on 06.12.2015, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, and it is pending for taking cognizance. Therefore the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, is directed to take cognizance of the final report filed in connection with Crime No.991 of 2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already taken cognizance. s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar Jer To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur.
