Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To pass an order of Ad Interim Direction, directing the respondents to forthwith promote the petitioner as Senior Inspector of Co-operative Societies/ Senior Cooperative Auditor in any one of the existing or next arising vacancies, (IN WMP.NO.18416 of 2016) pending finalization of the writ petition No.21541 OF 2016.
(ii)To pass an order of Ad Interim Direction, directing the respondents to forthwith promote the petitioner as Senior Inspector of Co-operative Societies/ Senior Cooperative Auditor in any one of the existing or next arising vacancies,(IN WMP.NO.18418 of 2016) pending finalization of the writ petition No.21542 OF 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUBRAMONIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.P.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER( CO-OPERATIVE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- At the time of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order and now, after this length of time, the interim relief sought for need not be granted and all the contentions raised in this regard shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the writ petitions.
2. Thus, the M.Ps. stand dismissed. Post the main writ petition for final disposal.
