The Writ Petition has been for directing the first to third respondents to remove the concrete structure built for installation of three transformer boxes (RMU) in front of the petitioner's premises and relocate the same in any suitable location.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner suggest an alternative place to install the transformer boxes and it will be considered for re-locating the transformer boxes on payment of costs paid by the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the first to third respondents are directed to consider the shifting of the transformer boxes, if the petitioner suggest an alternative place and on the costs to be paid by the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
