This revision is filed seeking for a direction to dispose of Arbitration O.P.No.60 of 2020, pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for NHAI for respondent No.1 and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present. The matters is stated to have been posted for arguments in the Trial Court. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 that her enquiry reveal that the matter is adjourned from time to time in the Registry and not called for in the open Court. Both the petitioners and the respondents are reported to make final submissions in this case. Considering the circumstances, this revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur to hear the parties concerned in the open Court and dispose of
O.P.No.60 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are requested to cooperate for the same.
