This petition has been filed to direct the respondents, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

particularly to the 2nd respondent to give police protection from the respondents 2 to 9, particularly from 3, 4 and 5 to the petitioner's church to function peacefully as claimed in Crime No.1541 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.It is seen that there is a Civil Suit between the petitioner's church and the respondents 6 to 11. In this regard, the petitioner given a complaint before the 2nd respondent police and the complaint was taken on file and registered in Crime No.1541 of 2017 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders with the counter parties namely the respondents 3 to 11, within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
