Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order Extending the time for appearance of the petitioner before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Egmore, Chennai as per the order dated 29.04.2022 passed in the above Crl.OP.7469/2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 29.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No. 5922 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7469 of 2022 to execute sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioners are directed to jointly pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
