This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in CrlM.P.No.976 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29262 of 2023, dated 05.02.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in CrlM.P.No.976 of in Crl.O.P.No.29262 of 2023, dated 05.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, twice in a month i.e., First and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
