The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to immediately act upon the representation of the 2nd respondent to immediately act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2018 and consequently defreeze her Savings Bank account bearing No.6256101000182 with Canara Bank, Sangiliandapuram Branch, Trichy.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 10.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
