Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned charge memo, issued by the 2nd respondent bearing No.19705/G4/2023, dated 25.10.2023 quash the same as non-est in the eye of law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition challenges the charge memorandum of the second respondent, dated 25.10.2023.

2. When the matter came up for admission today, Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents Nos.1 to 3 would produce the order, dated 23.04.2024, in and by which, it can be seen that the Disciplinary Proceedings have been concluded and the punishment of dismissal from service has already imposed against the petitioner.

3. In view thereof, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
