Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Deputy Commissioner (CT) LTU IV, V Floor, Dugar Towers, Chennai, the 1st respondent herein, which is appealable in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed, granting two weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order before the appropriate authority. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
