ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the patta granted in the name of the Mutawallis is to be transferred in the name of Isbandiar Baig Jumma Mosque.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has filed an application in the larger interest of the Mosque, the same is to be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.09.2015 and 10.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
