ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), r/w.20(b) (ii) (C) 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.52 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner was in possession of contraband totally weighing about 60 Kgs of ganja in two gunny bags. The petitioner is the sole accused in this case. He had also failed to establish before this Court and satisfy the conditions as contemplated under Section 37 of NDPS Act.

3. Since it is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
