This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6451 of 2024 on 25.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once i.e. first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of five months.
