The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 27.04.2021 for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of IPC in Cr.No.127 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have threatened the defacto complainant at knife point and committed theft of cell phone and a sum of Rs.8,700/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are eight previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are eight previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
