J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for parties agree to resolve the dispute in the following terms:

1. The balance amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the appellant in Court be released to the respondent.

2. The appellant will pay to the respondent a further sum of Rs.30,000/- within a period of one month from today, as compensation.

3. The appellant and the respondent will not initiate any further litigation against each other in respect of the transaction in question and all the respective claims stand satisfied in terms of the settlement.

2.Learned counsel for the parties made an endorsement towards the settlement.
