This revision challenges the order of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chengalpattu, passed in Unnumbered C.C..../2015 on 25.01.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for first respondent.

3. This Court finds no error in the order of the Court below dismissing the complaint of the petitioner since between 08.10.2015 and 25.01.2016, the petitioner's case has been called on fifteen occasions without there being any representation on her behalf. In the circumstances, the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.
