ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by not complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.755 of 2020 dated 01.11.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that a Writ Appeal has been filed in W.A.No.2016 of 2024 against the order passed in W.P.No.755 of 2020. In the said Writ Appeal, an interim order has been passed on 15.07.2024 to maintain status-quo.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
