This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.1668 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied. The proceedings in this regard has been produced before this Court. The same was also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
