This petition has been filed to direct the the 3rd respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the Sub Inspector of Police, DCB, Tiruvannamalai has registered a case in Crime No.22 of 2016 for offences under Section 465, 468, 471, 419 and 420 IPC.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
