This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the trial court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3486 of 2025 vide order dated 12.02.2025 in Cr.No.15 of 2024 on the file of the respondent. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3486 of 2025 vide order dated 12.02.2025 in Cr.No.15 of 2024 on the file of the respondent, is relaxed.
