respondents 2 and 3 from the Subject Matter property measuring 1306.75 square feet in Old Survey No.241A/IB (present Re Sub Division SF No.241A/1B6)ward No.11 in Mecheri Village, Mecheri Town Panchayat Mecheri Taluk, Salem District, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.9.2024 and CSR No.534 of 2024 dated 18.9.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
