C.M.P.Nos.27078, 27085 and 27088 of 2024 in S.A.No.61 of 2020 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

Ms.G.Indira, learned counsel for M/s.R.Meenal, learned counsel, who takes notice to the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the deceased sole respondent-Poorasamy got another legal representative-Malarkodi, namely his wife and the said legal representative has not been shown as one of the respondents in these civil miscellaneous petitions.

2. Since the daughters of the deceased sole respondent-Poorasamy are already shown as respondents in these petitions, the estate of the deceased is sufficiently represented.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.Nos.27078, 27085 and 27088 of 2024 are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks time to file an application to implead the wife of deceased sole respondent-Poorasamy.

6. At her request, list the matter on 24.04.2026.
