(CRIME NO.1210 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Tuesday at 10.30 AM until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.3013 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.3013 of 2022 on 17.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
