2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the agricultural land in Survey No.36/2 is a patta land and, nearby the said land, no activity of laying the drainage channel has been undertaken, nor is contemplated to be undertaken.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.13997 of 2020 is closed.
