Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP. No.5306 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5306 of 2022 on 09.03.2022, to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. It was further submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.5306 of 2022 on 09.03.2022 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in every 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
