ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.935 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The case of the prosecution is that due to a wordy quarrel, the petitioner abusing with filthy language and assaulted the defacto complainant. Hence, this complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is second bail application and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9769 of 2020, dated 30.06.2020. He further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Given the nature of case and previous antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
