ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.136 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has gone to the shop of the defacto complainant and intimidated him so that he will be paying regular protection money(mamool). Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. However he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is a possibility that he will tamper the witnesses and hamper the investigation. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. It is seen that the case was registered on 15.02.2022. When the petitioner earlier moved anticipatory bail petitions, on considering the gravity of the offence, this Court dismissed the same on 04.03.2022 and 27.04.2022 and it is the third anticipatory bail petition. However, there is no change of circumstances in this case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
