2. It is agreed that the interim directions granted on 08.06.2012 by the learned single Judge, which were vacated by the impugned order but have been directed to be continued in terms of our order dated 17.03.2015, would continue to operate till the arbitrator bestows his consideration on the matter and the parties are free to raise their respective submissions before the arbitrator, who would be appointed in the proceedings filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which is listed today.
3. The appeal as well as the application in M.P.No.1 of 2015 stands disposed of. No costs.
